History Of Turban

Sikh tradition has placed a great deal of emphasis on the turban ever since the Sixth Guru’s reign. His elder son Pirthi Chand, during Guru Ram Das Jyoti jyot, wore a unique turban, which is often worn by an elder son at the death of his father. Guru Arjan Dev received the title of guruship at that time.
